What I am trying to do is download a drive for my phone to transfer files from the computer to my phone. The first error i got was invalid drive C: error which occurred right when I started the installation, I researched and found that using the command SUBST C: would work, so I put that in and it actually worked. So now It starts to install and after a few seconds it states that, "The specified file is too long C: Program Files". Before any of this the C drive never showed up under My Computer, but now it does. I am currently running Windows XP. Please help me someone.
Two C drive errors help please.?
The fact that you where having issues with seeing your c: drive in the My Computer is an indication that probably some system files are missing or corrupted. I would re-install or repair the operating system using the installation disk.
Reply:Re install will be a best choise for your problem. Or try try try untill you succeed.
