vitamin C does it help reduce black raccoon eye circles? like what if i crush a chewable vitamn C tablet with a little bit of water or something and put it under my black eye circles? would that make it worse? should i take the risk?lol

Reply:Black eye circles can be caused by different things ... unhealthy diet, iron deficiency, sleep deprivation. Vitamin C won't help any of those things.
Reply:As far as I know, there is nothing that clears up dark circles under the eye. I've had them all my life. They are caused by capillaries very close to the skin surface. A good concealer works for me. You could try the Vit C idea, but I think it would be a waste of a perfectly good vitamin. Good luck.

Try a liver cleansing diet for a couple of weeks, along with bottled water, and see how you go.


You will get enough vitamin C from a healthy diet of fruit and veg.
