Ok so here is what i want to do. I am making a console app. so i want the screen to print some stuff and once im done i want to be able to click enter or something and then the program starts over from the top??? HELP

You should first of all begin with a structured programming book and a compiler, get yourself something free to begin with, I would recommend you DevC++ which is free.
If you're under DevC++, you can create template projects for console, just like you want to. It would be pretty simple if you are merely used to programming in any language, if not, you should consider reading a few books to get things right.
